International Custom Jewelry Design

Lauren B works frequently with clients located across the world (click here to learn more about the process). It has proven to be very effective and the amount of positive feedback received from our clients abroad has been amazing. For shipping eligible countries listed on this page, you can work with someone from our design team to select an in-stock piece or custom create the item of your choice. Here are a few things to keep in mind when making your purchase:

• Working with us remotely

  For our international clients, we offer communication via email or the option to schedule a virtual appointment with one of our design consultants in real time. You can choose from our extensive in-stock collection or collaborate with us to create a custom design tailored to your exact specifications. If you’re interested in purchasing an engagement ring, we can assist in selecting the perfect center stone and crafting the ring design of your choice. Please allow two to six weeks for production. Once your item is complete and approved, we will ship it to your international address with full insurance coverage.

• Shipping

  is done through registered and insured FedEX mail for all international orders. After your item is complete and balance paid we will create your shipment. Once it has been sent we will provide you with the tracking information. A package usually takes between 3 to 5 business days to clear customs and arrive at its destination. Pricing varies based on the value of the item being shipped and can range anywhere from $75 to $175. We will notify you of the exact amount prior to processing your order.

• Taxes and duties

  vary based on each individual country’s guidelines and laws. In most instances it will range anywhere from 10 to 20% of the declared value so please keep this in mind when placing your order. This amount will not be included in your invoice from Lauren B and must be paid directly to your country upon receiving the parcel. For our Australian clients (and some other nations) there is a US free trade agreement which will offer you preferential duty treatment- please ask for this document
  

• Countries eligible for website checkout

  If you wish to purchase an item directly from our website, we offer checkout options for Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. Simply add your desired jewelry piece to your cart, proceed to checkout, and we'll provide an estimated duties/tax and exact shipping cost for the selected country. For all other countries, please email us at info@laurenb.com, and we’ll assist you with the checkout process offline.

• Payment

  We accept either credit card or PayPal on our website. If you are working with one of our design consultants, the preferred method of payment is bank wire transfer. We will provide you with our banking details and you can set up the transfer securely from your bank.
