The quality of the ring speaks for itself. The craftsmanship is impeccable and truthfully I don't think we could imagine any another jeweler being on par.""On top of the amazing service, my fiance was floored by the beauty of the ring. I shopped around, and Lauren B was by far the most elegant and beautiful on the market.""All in all, I have nothing but praise for Lauren B - they're leading the market in a way that encourages international clientele. I could have easily found somewhere close to home that was more convenient but for their pricing, customer service and ease of process, why would I?" Custom DesignWe have over 350 in-stock engagement rings available for purchase, however, if you do not find that perfect ring exactly as you want it, then our custom design process is for you! There is no additional fee for custom building your ring, and every setting is handmade to suit the exact measurements and outline of every center stone; regardless of shape, size, or stone type.We create our rings using precious metals of 14K and 18K gold in any color combination, as well as platinum.Watch our Handmade Engagement Ring Process Here! Step 1: Ring DesignYour complete engagement ring is comprised of two main pricing components: the center-stone and setting. In our custom design program, we can make any setting design shown on our website or social media for any size, quality, or shape center-stone. We can also fuse various design elements of different rings into your custom ring.Step 2: The Center-StoneBased on your price range and center-stone specifications, a Lauren B design consultant will carefully sort through our expansive inventory and hand select the best options to present you with. We have a wide selection of both natural and lab grown diamonds, along with alternatives like moissanites and color gemstone, to select from; view our full inventory here. It is recommended that you proceed to the center-stone selection phase if you are ready to move forward with finalizing your complete ring design and securing your center-stone with a deposit. Our inventory is ever changing, and what is available today will likely not be available in the near future. Diamond Holds Our exclusive in-house inventory moves quickly. If you are seriously interested in a specific diamond, you may place it on a temporary three-day "hold" by putting a non-refundable 10% deposit down on the stone. Once the deposit has been processed, a design consultant will contact you with next steps to purchasing the stone or starting the custom design process.Provided Stones - We can re-set your heirloom center stone, or existing engagement ring center stone. We also work with recently purchased outside stones as long as we are provided an equal opportunity to offer you something of comparable, or better, quality and price from our inventory. Please note that our outside stone ‘corkage fee’ starts at $300 and varies based on your exact center-stone size, finger size and setting design of your choice. We require your diamond to be in-house to create the custom setting. We will send you a prepaid insured shipping label to safely send your center-stone to our showroom.Step 3: Payment & ProductionOnce the center-stone is selected and the complete ring design is finalized, your design consultant will email you a full price break- down of your order, re-confirming every detail. At this time, a 50% deposit is required in order to remove the stone from our inventory and to begin production on your custom piece. Anytime you make a deposit or payment towards your order, you will receive an official work order receipt with all the details of your purchase, payment(s) made and balance due. Standard production time for a custom ring is approximately three to five weeks, and once complete we will arrange the next steps of final payment, and shipping or in-person pick up. Rush production is available and additional fees are associated with certain deadlines.Working With Us RemotelyWe work with a majority of our clients remotely, communicating exclusively by email and phone. For those located in the Tri-State Area, please make an appointment for your partner to be sized. It’s ideal that we complete the sizing before the ring is made but we can provide this service after the proposal as well. For those who cannot make it into our New York showroom, we strongly suggest either going to a local jewelry store to have your ring finger size taken, or using a measuring tool (which we can provide to you as shown in this video) if the former is not an option. Please refer to our full ring re-sizing policy here There are fully insured shipping costs associated with the shipment, and you will receive a Reverse Shipping Authorization form which needs to be filled out, printed and included with in your package. We will also send you a fully insured return Fed-Ex shipping label, please drop your package off with a shipping associate at a certified FedEx shipping facility.Measuring Tips - Finger sizes tend to fluctuate according to body temperature, time of day, climate, and general environmental factors. Fingers tend to swell up in the heat as the day progresses, and can constrict when you are cold. How the ring should fit - The ring should be just large enough to go over your knuckle but fit snug enough once on your finger in order to avoid shifting side to side, or falling off. Many of our designs feature delicate bands so we typically recommend a tighter fit to our clients.Watch our Ring Sizing IGTV Video Here
