Ratio is a comparison of the length & width of a fancy shape diamond. To achieve the ratio, you divide the millimeter length by the width. A radiant cut comes in two varieties: elongated & square. Staying between a 1.15:1 to 1.35:1 ratio reveals a more rectangular radiant, whereas, staying between a 1:1 to 1.05:1 ratio reveals a more square radiant shape!
